MF: raised price for all ffar choppers Lower price for AA gun,replaced MFCTI wall,added cti markers, MHQ changes(no safe driving in to towns)

Standard: raised price for transport choppers

for both missions:14 towns,350 for each flag,more RES in towns,Civilian Vehicle placed here and there,

any problems with missions blame Coward_Heart and Chipp
